Do you think Mark Wahlberg is still racist?

We all know about his shady past while a teenager and how he was a violent raging racist that made a man lose one eye.
Do you think that he is truly a changed man or that he is putting on a show for the cameras and is actually racist deep down?
My friend pointed out to me that he almost never cast black people in Entourage and you never really see black people in general in most things he does... even less than blacks is Asians...
What do you think?

The Funky Bunch had black and Latino members, and he starred in The Corruptor with Chow Yun-Fat, so I'd say it was just an ugly phase he went through to fit in.

Yes 100%. Once a racist always a racist. It's not a "phase" that people go through and then come out of. It's a very VERY fixed mindset that almost never changes. How many people actually were racist and then have changed? None. The ones who claim to do so are just plain lying. Just like Wahlberg, he is a big fat liar and an even bigger fatter RACIST!!!!

Racists are racists cause they don't know any better it's just ignorance and something that can be untaught. It's not a frigging uncureable disease. Don't be silly.

He thought black people were stupid but then he met a smart black person who proved him wrong so now he knows better.

Exactly, that's how it works... Get to know enough people of different breeds, shapes and colors you realise that they are all as unique as anyone else.

>>3Racism isn't something ingrained in one's DNA. Racism is just a set of beliefs and like any set of beliefs people can and often do change them. People are products of their environment often people inherit racist beliefs from those who raised them but it isn't at all uncommon for people to reexamine and change those belifs later in life.

So if someone is racists at 13 it makes them racists as a grownup?
9 Name: Anonymous : 2017-02-05 22:06
Beats me. Does it really matter?
10 Name: Anonymous : 2017-02-05 22:34
>>9It does to SJW liberal types. In their sheltered little entitlement world being a racist is practically tantamount to being a murderer or rapist. They believe anyone under suspicion of being a racist should be ostracized and blacklisted. It's kind of like a witch-hunt mentality...without the burning and killing.

It reeks of someone overcompensating.
12 Name: Anonymous : 2017-02-05 23:07
thank you. Im tired of the witch hunt attitude
13 Name: Anonymous : 2017-02-05 23:10
It's good that no one takes them or their crazed rantings seriously then.

You say that as if that is a bad thing...? Yes, racists are despicable and absolutely disgusting, and as a PAYING costumer of a product I do not want to give my money to people that are racist given that some of the worst atrocities in human history (the holocaust, slavery, trail of tears, etc) was due to racism. You don't have to be "liberal" or a "social justice warrior" to feel this way. At the end of the day, NOBODY is entitled to my hard earned money and if something doesn't sit well with me I am not comfortable giving it away when their are plenty of good, hard working people who don't share such a toxic ideology.
That being said, do I think Mark Wahlberg is still racist? No. And can people change? Absolutely. Social behaviors are LEARNED, nobody is born thinking that way.

Its been a long time now since he has caused any incidents. I think he has changed.
16 Name: Anonymous : 2017-02-05 23:28
Pretty sure that old man came out and said that him losing his eye was from an incident earlier in his life and not a result of Wahlberg.
Also, to add to other examples, in Daddy's Home him and Hannibal Burress share many scenes and he was in The Big Hit with multiple non-white people. 2 Guns he played alongside Denzel.
Hell he was in Four Brothers ffs!

Nah, I think he was just a bit ignorant and a belligerent teen. He seems genuinely nice now.

Everyone is racist.
D'uh?

Speak for yourself.

Yeah it was his idea for Sam Jackson to stupidly jump off a building and die in The Other Guys.
He wanted to make a statement about blacks and knew Jackson would be the right man to do it
