What do you think of the Marvel cinematic universe that revolves around The Avengers characters such as Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, Captain America etc

These are the films

Iron Man (2008)
The Incredible Hulk (2008)
Iron Man 2 (2010)
Thor (2011)
Captain America: First Avenger (2011)
Marvel's The Avengers (2012)
Iron Man 3 (2013)
Thor: The Dark World (2013)
Captain America: Winter Soldier (2014)
Guardians Of The Galaxy (2014)
Avengers: Age Of Ultron (2015)
Ant Man (2015)
Captain America: Civil War (2016)
Doctor Strange (2016)

Are all the films connected? I mean I know Robert Downey Jr as Iron Man appears in a lot of the films etc

Iron Man (2008) - Average, but enjoyable enough
The Incredible Hulk (2008) - Far better than expected, still just average though
Iron Man 2 (2010) - An awful mess of a movie
Thor (2011) - The only genuinely good MCU film. Kudos to Kenneth Branagh for that
Captain America: First Avenger (2011) - Painfully boring
Marvel's The Avengers (2012) - Awful
Iron Man 3 (2013) - Better than Iron Man 2. Make of that what you will
Thor: The Dark World (2013) - Not great but enjoyable enough
Captain America: Winter Soldier (2014) - Vastly overrated, semi-decent action film
Guardians Of The Galaxy (2014) - Awful
Avengers: Age Of Ultron (2015) - Better than Avengers 1, still terrible
Ant Man (2015) - Who cares, basically standard middle of the road MCU
Captain America: Civil War (2016) - Don't care enough to watch
Doctor Strange (2016) - Ditto

You'd think so but no, Marvel just keep rebooting the series after every film. Have done since Iron Man. Unbelievable innit?

They are all gonna be in Infinity War so yes they are connected

The Netflix shows other than the occasional refs to the Avengers don't feel connected

Iron Man (2008) - forgettable. some okay action.

The Incredible Hulk (2008) - saw the first 5 minutes

Iron Man 2 (2010) - better than the first, and i remember who the villain was. so there is that.

Thor (2011) - not seen. but the dutch angles kill me.

Captain America: First Avenger (2011) - the first good MCU movie.

Marvel's The Avengers (2012) - enjoyable

Iron Man 3 (2013) - terrible

Thor: The Dark World (2013) - not seen, but have interest. on my list.

Captain America: Winter Soldier (2014) - entertaining as hell!

Guardians Of The Galaxy (2014) - overrated but still fun.

Avengers: Age Of Ultron (2015) - crap. absolute crap.

Ant Man (2015) - pretty good heist movie.

Captain America: Civil War (2016) - boring. over long. overrated.

Doctor Strange (2016) - not seen....yet.
