She was a writer too. She and Ford came up with some of the best lines in the original Star Wars trilogy. Might be a big reason why the dialogue was so much better in those than the prequels Lucas made later.

She's done some other good movies like Shampoo. Hell, Postcards From the Edge is a biopic about her. Loved her Austin Powers cameo.
