I just watched the Terminator movie series (except Genisys) and currently watching the Terminator:SCC tv show.

Terminator 3 is easily the worst and most pointless movie out of the four. Except for the ending, everything about this movie pissed me off especially after watching it right after Terminator 2. Arnold Schwarzenegger's performance felt off, John Connor was NOT John Connor, I still don't know what's the point of future wife Kate, female terminator was boring.

It disregards everything that happened in T2, which is the best action movie from the 90s. Ugh.

I thought the Terminator Salvation was pretty good, really enjoyed it. I remember people were majorly pissed off about this movie for some reason.

I barely remember anything about it. Saw it in 2009 and haven't looked back since. Each new Terminator film reinforces that only Jim Cameron knows how to make a successful Terminator film. If you wanna get pissed off, check out Genisys. Now that's a turd!

I don't think it was particularly good but there was added venom towards that film because of the leaked Christian Bale set meltdown months prior. It's funny though, the most impressive thing about Salvation was just how good the film looked. I loved the washed out, post apocalyptic look (thanks to a certain DP...) and there were a couple of decent action set pieces. Out of the entire cast, only Bale looked like he was trying to give some semblance of a performance. The movie should've been better handled, though it's arguably a bit better than Genisys.

I do think this franchise is cursed though.

I trust my younger self. I don't think I'll watch it again.

Because Arnold isn't in it and James Cameron didnt direct it, so it must suck.
