It's very easy for a woman to get HIV from a man, the reverse is actually quite uncommon. He probably contracted it through IV drug use, although if you have sex all day every day, I suppose he could have. true.. that was in the blind items. I never pegged Charlie for being even slightly gay. I wouldn't put it past him to have sex with a tranny, but I doubt he would get penetrated by one. But who knows. Even with gay sex, the bottom is at much higher risk. It's mostsly spread through the semen into the mucous membranes, if no one is cumming inside you, your risk is low. Well this turned out to be the most uninteresting blind item I can recall. It was sort of alarming when there was a possibility the guy was willfully infecting people who might not realize there was a high risk associated with him in particular. It's still awful for Sheen's partners, but you can't say there was no reason for the risk to ever cross their minds.
