Always had some problems with The Dark Knight (2008)

Don't get me wrong it's a good movie overall, there's just some problem scenes for me.

The first is when the bus pulls out of the building in line with the other buses. I know it's a superhero film, but that scenario just seemed ridiculous to me.. from the very first time I saw it. I mean it pulls out of the crumbling building right into line, a line that conveniently has the perfect space for an extra bus... right into heavy traffic... timed to the millisecond..

THen the scene with the gun in the courtroom. We all know courthouses have metal detectors.. and then the gun misfires and he suggests "buying american".. that scene too just didn't work for me at all... nor did the conversation walking the courtroom hallway after they leave the courtroom...

I also think the two-face CGI is distracting... overdone... doesn't look very good imo... i mean maybe it looks too good and the concept is just overdone... idk but either way I find it distracting for reasons other than the gore itself. I mean two-face isn't a "super" hero... he's a normal human... the face is overdone.

I also don't think that Maggie Gyllenhaal's character is explained or written very well.

and what's with the gas type grenade in the bank scene too.... lot's of issues with me on this film... I could go on... I use to think it was the best of the three nolan batman's, but upon re-watches these "problem scenes" have me thinking otherwise... I originally went BB 8/10, TDK 9/10, and TDKR 7/10... upon rewatches I've gone more 8/10 across the board, maybe even leaning towards "Begins" as my favorite of the three.

what say you? I suspect I'm in the minority, but curious if anyone else has these types of issues with some of these scenes?
