Following on from this, I watched The Long Riders (1980) recently and James Keach (brother of Stacy) also has an over-sized head (or an undersized body depending on which way you prefer to look at it).

I wonder if Asian girl on the right is Keach's illegitimate daughter. The plot thickens.

It looks all right. Doesn't seem to be falling off or anything.
