I watched Casino Royale because it was Bond Begins and clearly promising, and my assessment was correct, but that was that. The quality fell immediately with Quantum of Solace and so on.

I hope they stop making them.

Eon have shat on the Bond fans by selling out to appeal to a broader audience of people who don't know a Bond film from a Bourne film.

I turned off the first Pierce Brosnan one when Judy Dench called Bond a misogynistic dinosaur. Then I turned off the first Daniel Craig one when he turned into Jack Chan. I've been waiting a long time for real Bond movies to be made. It may never happen.

7.Quantum of Solace (2008) - 7/10

bottom line... CR/SF are the cream of the crop of Bond movies and being Sam Mendes is back for Spectre i kind of assume that will easily make the above list. ill predict Spectre places no lower than Licence to Kill for me but could be higher.
