... And this movie easily has the worst sound design I ever saw (if you can even call it a "design"). I don't understand how in this day and age it's even possible (it was made only 5 years ago). I mean there's nothing hard about finding some background ambiance sounds on the web and editing them. When there's dialogue I understand there may be times when you can be stuck with a sub optimal track. But here the first scene had no dialogue and the sound was going up and down like crazy. Did they even use an editing software for this movie ?

Bump.
Having seen the entire movie now I still wonder how such a thing is possible. There even were some unintended subliminal shots here and here as if the editor didn't notice a few frames of a shot were still here. And it had like the worst fades ever, with the shots becoming stills in between. And the CGI birds...
I don't understand how any sane human being could think this film was ready to be released when it was...

The film has a 1.8 rating. What exactly where you expecting? Quality?

I mean there are limits to how bad something can realistically be. Such a bad editing by human beings having an editing software shouldn't be possible. I have never seen something on that level of badness, even a 5 years old would have done better. It makes The Room look like The Godfather in its execution.

you will surpass it in poor quality no doubt

It deserves at least a 6 for this scene alone :
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LrxZblVUkMU I find it funnier than most comedies tbh.
