I was enjoying myself until the idiot in the seat behind me put his feet up across my shoulders and rested his drink in between my shirt collar and my neck. Then he started to flick his cigarette ash on the top of my head and resting his still smoking cigarette in my ear lobe.

What do I do now? Should I complain? Should I politely ask him to take his feet off my shoulders, remove the cup from between my shirt collar and my neck, stop flicking ash on my bald spot and remove the cigarette from my lobe.

Or should I simply ask him to do at least one of those in case he gets nasty and starts behaving in a unacceptable manner?

I'm frightened. It's difficult being old.

Mess him up.
