If this was a Clint Eastwood actioner - with lesser fight scenes for the obvious reasons - it'd be regarded as Clint's most enjoyable silly from the 80s, with an rating well over 6/10. As it is, with Arnie, it is just 5.4/10 in spite of the many well choreographed (and driven) action scenes. No real action fan could rate this any less than 6/10.

The film does fall short of glory after the super cool first half, failing to put any significance on the twists in the story and opting to show Arnie's manboobs in a romantic subplot... But the subplot isn't bad, it's part of the story, just that the pacing goes a bit off.
