I now have all the Terminator movies in my possession and may be taking my nephew and some of his friends to see the new movie next week. But first I have to show them the first four so they won't be confused!😎

It's been decades since I've watched the first two in their entirety and I would suggest that maybe Salvation is the broken link in the chain, but will rewatch them all to be sure.

Terminator Salvation although I haven't seen the new one.

Worst I've seen is Salvation, can't comment on Genisys.

Salvation

Rise of the Machines is narrowly weaker than Salvation. Genisys is actually pretty damn great. Although, if you do show them the first four beforehand, they're likely to get more confused by Genisys as it ignores everything from ROTM and Salvation, and possibly also T2...

Genisys, it's atrocious.
