Ok, Batman v Superman......

Does batman have kryptonite? If no, I call bullshit on movie already. batman is a human, A normal no super power fancy gadget and utility belt wearing human. (who got his back broken by Bane)

Superman is an indestructible (by earth standards) alien that can fly, has laser eyes, freeze breath, super strenght and can move faster than a human can see.

So, The whole premise for the movie is bullshit. Before batman could even get his gay spandex and utility belt on Superman has already killed him, destroyed wayne manor and the bat cave. 30 seconds tops.

Is DC just milking the proverbial cash cow on this? Is there an actual comic about it?

I've never followed the comics, but yes, Bats has kryptonite. And if you watch the trailer, he also has some kind of armoured suit.

He typically has Kryptonite powered armor in the comics. Which is likely what he's going to be using in the movie.

The director stated long ago that there is no kryptonite in the Man of Steel universe because he didn't want to use what amounts to an all to obvious plot device to stop Superman.

So yes. Batman shouldn't even be able to blink towards Supes.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm actually kind of excited for Batman v Superman. I thought Affleck would ruin it, but I like that it seems they're going for brawler Batman instead of sleuth Batman.
