I just watched the original un-fucked-with three films off the limited edition DVDs, and they're perfect just as they are. No need to ever see another minute of exposition or elaboration on any of it.

This is why more Star Wars cannot win. It's unecessary.

Unless Luke becomes his father and secretly nurses the Dark Side, and makes off with whatever storm troopers he can find and becomes the new Sith...

the ewoks went a bit long. But there's a lot more good shit in Jedi than there was wrong with the forest teddy bears. Though their treehouse city was pretty sweet, and the party they threw was nice and intimate, compared to cold and CGI'd like it as changed to later on wtf wher it's mah yub nub
