Got my Halloween Blu-Ray Collection in the mail today

I must say, from just looking at it, it's one of the best box sets I've seen. The boxed it's housed in is very sturdy and I like how all of the movies are in it's own case and not just in a sleeve and I love how the cover art for each movie is the original cover art for when they first released.

I was hesitant on getting this because I already owned them separately, except for 3 and the Rob Zombie remakes. But I'm glad I double dipped because this is one beautiful set. If you're a Halloween fan, I highly recommend getting this. Now I just have to force myself to wait until Oct. 1st to watch them.

I am very excited for this set too. As you said, the box is very sturdy with some beautiful artwork, and the individual cases look great. I had all the films on DVD, but most of those were over 10 years old, as the original was the only film I had ever double dipped on.

I haven't watched any of these new Blu-rays all the way through yet, but I threw in the Producer's Cut disc for Part 6 and the quality is great. I am going to kick off the October Challenge with a Halloween marathon, so this is one of the rare times you'll ever see me clamouring for Wednesday to arrive.

It's a great set, the new commentary for Halloween with Cundey/Castle/Wallace was worth the price alone!
