I have been racking my brain over this one for a while. My memory is failing me, but I will give all I can remember.
It was a 60s type horror movie like those "The Dunwich Horror" types. I can't remember if it was in color or in BW. All I can remember was the very beginning (i think).
There is a ritual going on where a woman is about to be sacrificed. Dark room like a basement or cave, some chanting and background music going on. As the main male witch is about to plunge the knife into the woman, the scene instantly
cuts to a knife plunging into a birthday cake with with people celebrating and happy. This is where we meet our heroine.
That's all I got. Any ideas?
