This is a funny, bizarre and violent little love story starring Jeff Fahey as an escaped lunatic who goes on the run with his lover after escaping from a mental institution. Very offbeat and bloody, but with a strong beating romantic heart. It really shows that anybody can find love no matter how homicidal they are. I much preferred it to Natural Born Killers and Sightseers, and I really enjoyed both of those. It's not as good as Lunatic: A Love story with Ted Raimi and Bruce Campbell though. Still, well worth a watch.
