I must have seen this movie sometime in the mid-eighties. I'm assuming it came out then too. I watched it on vhs, as it was routine for the family to hit up the movie-rental store on the weekends.

I will tell you what I remember (but don't blame me if it sounds like every other low-budget slasher from the mid-eighties).

A group of college/highschool kids go to a cabin for the weekend. Their cabins are situated around a lake. The characters can clearly see the other cabins from their own. One of the campers is a killer, I'm thinking perhaps a nerdy one, who never gets a girl. There's plenty o' gratuitous sex, bikini-clad girls, and perhaps a few cheezeball songs.

I remember one girl had a blonde bob as her hairstyle (maybe she wore a yellow bikini). I remember girls in 80's garb and big hair pulling up to the campsite piled into a convertible. The killer makes the rounds, killing character after character off---until it gets to the one who was 'nice' to him. I'm not sure if she lives or dies, a guy character is with her---maybe a boyfriend. I distinctly remember the cabins had large windows to see out.

One or two of the deaths may have occurred on the water, perhaps a boating accident? I'm thinking that there were three cabins, but I'm not sure. If someone can take this handful of vague details and tell me what this movie is called---well, you would have solved an annoying curiosity, if nothing else. Thanks for the help!
