This is my third recent visit to cheer on Bristol team, Shirehampton, when I haven't had a Forest Green game to attend on a Saturday...
Shire seem to have become my accidentally adopted Somerset County League side...
Today in a mid table mediocrity new years eve clash, Shire take on Frys... that's right, a team from a chocolate factory... you know you are in the lower lower leagues when you are watching willy wonka FC.

A shocking bad tempered ill disciplined game by Shire... deserved to lose...
Spoke to the manager after, he was fuming, he says he has put the rocket up them, but then says problem is getting anyone to play at all at this level...
Spoke to captain, he said their players just didn't even turn up today, and spent most of their time sparring with opposition players for a fight, arguing with the ref, and getting sent off... he blamed it on Christmas...
I blame it on being a shyt ill disciplined rabble.
