Enner Valencia makes his first Premier League start for Everton as theymake four changes for the visit of Arsenal.

Phil Jagielka, Ross Barkley and Aaron Lennon also come into the side. Teenage striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin, 19, is on the bench for the Toffees.

Everton XI: Stekelenburg, Coleman, Baines, Jagielka, Williams, Gueye, McCarthy, Lennon, Valencia, Barkley, Lukaku.

There's just the one change for Arsenal as Gabriel comes in for the injured Shkodran Mustafi.

Arsenal XI: Cech, Bellerin, Gabriel, Koscielny, Monreal, Coquelin, Xhaka, Walcott, Ozil, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Sanchez.

Well I do have a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge. I'm already on forth joint of the day. Mind you, I'm not planning on driving so I might as well get smashed. I'm not usually much of a drinker, I smoke instead, but a Birthday is a good excuse to get wasted during the day. Cheers.

I usually grow my own and it's pretty good, but I put aside a really tasty bit of of White Diesel Haze that I bought a month or so back. I've been smoking that since about 09:00 and it's a really relaxing high. Tastes great too.
