Newcastle boss Steve McClaren has named an unchanged side for the third game on the trot. Keeper Rob Elliot missed both legs of Republic of Ireland's Euro 2016 play-off victory over Bosnia and Herzegovina with a thigh injury but he starts.

Leicester striker Jamie Vardy missed England's recent two games with a hip problem but is fit enough to take his place in the Foxes line-up as he aims to score for a record-equalling 10th top-flight game on the spin.
