Why /music/? why do you still listen to rock? it's no longer thriving. The genre has been dead for a decade. And people like to say they listen to rock instead of rap because it has meaning. like what ???? there has never really been meaning in rock. sure, it sounds pretty. but thats about it most of the time. and a lot of fedora core rock fans love saying that rap/hip hop is all the same, they talk about the same things ("pussy money drugs") but just with that statement you're already just saying you're not looking into the genre simply because of what you've heard on the radio, which is trash.

and trust me, I used to listen to rock and think yes rap sucks it's all the same, but that's because I was an annoying ass 13 year old. now I'm older and know to search for real artists. I know from experience rock is the genre with gibberish for lyrics, whike hip hop is over all able to deliver a message more coherently instead of trying to put words together that sound pretty when you scream them.

so tell me again, why do you listen to this dying fedora core genre still? miss me with the lil Wayne jokes and about how rap is nothing but rhyming words. I'll show you real music if you want too, show me your shit and I'll match you with gold.

Both rock and rap suck. Listen to classical and jazz or go away.

Went to see these guys for the first time a couple of weeks ago, tiny fucking basement club, hundred people or so. But jesus they were amazing- probably my new favourite band atmo
