On a personal note: Been going pretty good, I used to drink a lot in secret and didn't want people to know about it out shame but once I started opening up to my friends about my addiction I've felt much more capable of putting down the bottle. I've gone clean for 11 days now which have been a hell but I'm pushing forward.

I quit it because I got that there ulcerative colitis because my dietary habits were just as bad. Doctor told me not to drink alcohol because it's a bowel irritant. At first it was hell because I was very addicted to alcohol, but two months in I don't even feel the need to drink anymore.
