From a psychology stand point i'd sat that you like to be humiliated by women? perhaps linked to your relationship with your mother or older sibling from childhood?

If your going to rape and kill and get away with it, id go for alcohol poisoning. find a way to extract pure alcohol and inject it directly into the bloodstream, somewhere inconspicuous where no one would notice the puncture wound. Leave plenty of bottles around to suggest she did this herself by binge drinking heavily and destroy any evidence of foul play. Make sure she's already drunk too, it will make it quicker.
