Never let it be said I only poke fun at Americans.

Her friend is like this.

To be fair, I'm struggling to think of many countries that end in two consonants.

Italy?

The friends face is hilarious though.

I was struggling for a few seconds but there are loads in Europe. Anywhere that ends in 'land' Iceland, Ireland, Finland, there's Denmark too, Egypt, just work your way round the continents I guess.

Land!

It's right fücking there in front of me.

Bangladesh is a good one.

The Ivory Coast is the best I can do.
7 Name: Anonymous : 2017-01-03 22:52
Yep, reckon both those would be good answers!

there are loads in Europe.

And I understand it's easy to freeze on these trivia shows or whatever, but just think of England and work your way out in any direction on a map in your head. Iceland, Denmark, Ireland, Finland, Netherlands, Germany, etc. You don't have to go far to find a bunch of them.

But geography is clearly not her strong suit.

But geography is clearly not her strong suit.

Well that's what I don't get, she said she took Geography as an A-Level, people typically take 3-4 A-Levels here between the ages of 16-18, so one of her 3 to 4 best subjects is Geography!

Ouch. On second thought, she should just give up on life now.
11 Name: Anonymous : 2017-01-03 23:39
Really?

England.
Switzerland.
Germany.

Need I go on?

England would actually be a wrong answer, you probably haven't seen the show before but before these kind of rounds they always stipulate it has to be countries that are recognised by the UN, so England would come under the bracket of UK.

No I haven't seen the show. Thanks for the clarification.

It would be even more interesting to exclude the countries that end in "land". Makes it much more difficult.

Yeah, with the calibre of these contestants I'm not too sure of the wisdom of making it even harder.
15 Name: Anonymous : 2017-01-04 00:32
Maybe they should have just discounted "Y". Stick to the consonants that play for only one team, rather than that sinful, bisexual sodomite
16 Name: Anonymous : 2017-01-04 00:49
England
Ireland
Scotland

....are 3 that these 2 moron British twats should've come up with immediately.
17 Name: Anonymous : 2017-01-04 01:10
I'm guessing this is an English show so... you know...England? And Poland, England's Mexico

Unless England doesn't count, maybe they count the UK as one country on that show, I don't know their rules. That would eliminate Scotland and Northern Ireland, but you still got regular old Ireland. Oh, and you got Finland. I'm sure there's a bunch of other ones.

Yeah, they quiz 100 people before hand, the idea is to score as low as possible, so Ireland would be fine but it would probably score quite highly, ditto Germany. So you really want to go for the African or South American or Asian countries. Although once someone has scored 100 for a wrong answer like this dipstick, then you just play it safe.
