Charles will be King when the Queen kicks the bucket.

I think the Kingship will be moderated to where Harry and his eventual wife take over a lot of the stuff the King used to be. We already see this in Charles generation as his 2 brothers and sister do a lot of things he normally would have in the past.

His sister Anne is actually an amazing woman. I have met her.

The Queen won't pass over Charles for two reasons

Constitutional crisis

She would rather have William have as much time with his young family as possible before becoming King. Remember the Queen became Queen when she was 26 and Charles was 4 and his sister Anne 2.
