Disney is a cancer to society

It couldn't be more apparent on internet forums. Where they delete any threads that dares to criticize the leftist nature of the company, their garbage and clichéd "filmmaking", their unethical commercialization of absolutely EVERYTHING, or the fact that they have to buy out and insert themselves into any part of society.

Once upon a time Disney was a babysitter for little kids, not pander material to neckbeards. But with this glorification of this vampire of a company people are devoting their time, money, and even job opportunities all on Mickey Mouse, rendering them slaves to Michael Eisner.

But the absolute worst aspect is that Disney is actively fueling the SJW agenda. They are saying it's okay for adults to watch cartoons, leading to subhumans such as Bronies. They force in women roles and "minority" roles in their already trash films, a contributor to zionism and white genocide.

LOL at all of this. Disney is certainly worthy of criticism, but these are all the wrong reasons. I mean, you realize that women and non-white people actually exist in the world, right? A film isn't "leftist" simply because a woman or a black person is a lead character. This is how ridiculous this kind of reactionary thinking is... any film, no matter what it's about or what message it promotes, is part of some kind of "SJW agenda" simply because all the characters aren't white men. LOL. I mean, really, think about it, does that make sense to you? And is that even what you want? Like, you actually only want white men in films? And wouldn't THAT be an obvious agenda itself? A crusade to keep films white and male?

Also, you realize that Zionism is a right-wing thing, right? Israeli Zionists are hardcore right-wingers. You hate them just because they're Jewish, but politically you guys actually have a lot in common.

It's also worth noting that Disney has been casting further and further afield of the English/Western-European settings for quite a while now and caving in to the demands of spoiled brats on Tumblr cannot possibly be the reason. They simply want a wider palette of colours and flavours for its own sake.

Setting Pixar to one side and looking at the main animated films made since the company's Renaissance we've seen forays into: Native American tribes, Ancient Greece, South America (okay, previously done in the 40s, but for different reasons), present-day Hawaii, Norway (called Arendelle, but you know it's Norway), Imperial China, Polynesia, and other places (I'm not trying to be exhaustive). Some of these choices can potentially earn PC brownie points and others cannot, and I doubt they much care either way.

The diversifying of Disney's output, which I hope we all welcome, is an entirely separate project from the kind of narrow-minded "diversity" agenda people push when they enter into SJW-mode.

They want money. They think this approach is profitable. Nothing more to it. They have been proven correct so far. I think every casting decision is largely inspired by focus group tests.

I agree. Only for the wrong reason. I find them fascist.

DC fans shall NOT be silent!

Suicide Squad was much more diverse than anything Marvel has done as of now, imo. DC knows there is a lot of money to be made.

The difference is DC doesn't use minoroties as a selling point like the Mickey Mouse Company does.

You mean media do not spin their use of minorities has a big deal, and the alt-right wannabe find it ok to cast a black actor for deadshoot and make a big deal in other case for some reason ?

Maybe it is in part because of WB marketing being different, that an interesting point.

In the context of your bizarre flamethrowing rant this particular comment perhaps doesn't mean much - but anyone sensitive to the distinction between "SJW" and "anyone in the world whose opinions don't match my own" can tell this is rubbish.

Disney is not in the least interested in virtue signally at the expense of entertaining audiences. And SJWs themselves can tell this: Disney is most definitely a "not okay" thing to praise, and the unspoken rule in the intellectual slums of the social justice world is that if you must give the company credit for anything at all, be sure to do so grudgingly and be sure to make the point that they're "not doing enough".

How they handled Doctor Strange live little doubt about that, I think there is for 10 second someone that do not speak perfect English in the movie being mostly set in Kathmandu, some nice establishing shot and that is it for that part.
