So I was thinking of sub leasing my apartment and getting a rental somewhere out in Queens or BK. The reasons is that the rent I get can pay off my maintance AND my other rent AND still have left (hopefully).It adds up and if I want to move out of state later on its just a matter of packing my clothes and TV. I'd already have the tenant income in place. But checking the prices on Trulia, it's ridiculous.

That's what happens when TV keeps brainwashing kids that NYC is the greatest city ever. That's all you see on TV. LA or NYC. Meanwhile they're both two of the stupidest and blandest cities in reality. And racist. And classist. Anyone that truly believes they're living in the greatest city while there is cause they don't travel or are stupid.

Now you have a bunch of brainwashed young adults flocking there after college to "live their love and dreams" etc. and not knowing any better they pay more than necessary for rent which keeps land lords raisin all the rents and then renovating to raise the rents more. Pushing out all the minorities that have lived there DECADES for white yuppies that wanna "live their dreams" and most likely won't even stay in NYC that long.

This is why I hate NYC and why I hate FAKE New Yorkers such as you. You aren't FROM NYC but you move there are PRETEND you're a New Yorker while helping the genocide of minorities. Trash.
