Because some people rely on or benefit from Obamacare does that mean we cannot talk about some of its shortcomings? Does it mean we can't talk about how people were led to believe things that we now know aren't really accurate?

and when talking about those who pay little for it can't we talk about how someone else is required to pick up the tab? Can't we talk about how with the higher deductibles many have(and I'm an advocate of high deductibles) that we will still see many people end up in collections(the belief some seem to have is only the uninsured ever ended up in collections and for some reason believe that the average debt must be 10K or more)

can't we talk about how increasing medicaid costs to the states may make things more difficult for them in the future?

can't we talk about any of that without being accused of not caring about people?

The system we had meant that people went to emergency rooms for basic medical care, at a vastly higher cost, piling up bills they could not possibly pay, which we then end up paying.

Obamacare has helped on so many levels, and if you can't see any of the good it does, how can we take you seriously when you claim to only want to fairly critique it?

People can't pay for healthcare out of pocket anymore. We all pay for people going around without insurance, which people will do, given the choice--until they get sick, or hurt. And then what? You want to tell them they're screwed?

Insurance means other people pick up the tab when you require more healthcare than your premiums can possibly cover. That's how it works. You're opposed to health insurance on principle?

That's why the newly elected superconservative governor of Kentucky who campaigned on ending Obamacare kept the Medicaid expansion, and only ended the (really popular) Kynect state exchange, telling the people who voted for him to go to the national Obamacare website?
