Post that to anyone who uses the Crusades to excuse ISIS.

We could use a Crusade to execute ISIS.

No thanks. I'd prefer to make myself look like a fool on my own terms.

...not to mention looking like a religious bigot and Christian apologist!

THRE Brave And Patriotic men have saved Europe from the Hairy Mussie Invaders, at three different times.

1) Charles "THE HAMMER" Martel.
2) Cid Campeador (his Mussie nickname means "LORD", why? Because Mussies understand ONE and ONLY ONE language; Barry The Limpwristed Sissy does not command the same respect)
3) Vlad "The Impaler": UNIVERSALLY HATED by LIBS ever since, that's why they gave him the nickname "Dracula" (yes, THAT Dracula), because they hate his Brave And Patriotic guts.

Even Christian extremeists pretty much just bluster these days while the Muslims haven't abated in their thirst for blood.

There was a period in history called "The Enlightenment" and although the Christians had to be brought through it kicking and screaming, they've made it for the most part. Sure there are some areas of disagreement, but I'm pretty sure mainstream Christians aren't out there killing infidels left and right.

Muslims are still 600 to 1,000 years behind the curve and don't show any true indication of getting better so when you have some apples to compare to apples, let us know.

PS
I'm not saying all Muslims are bad but I am saying that many of the horrible things going on in the world today are being done in the name of Islam... far more than anything being done in the name of Christianity.

PPS
I'm not a Christian and don't believe in god.

Glaringly omitted from that list is Jan Sobieski, Polish commander of a Christian army, stopping the Turks from advancing any further west of Vienna.

Small potatos, might as well include the latrines "Engineer" in the list.

Here's a nice little in-depth rant about the rhetoric that constantly gets thrown around. It's incredible how ignorant the left has become on history. Christians get blamed for a bloody war a thousand years ago that wasn't even started by them. It's sad. It would be like calling the allies the evil bloodthirsty monsters for slaughtering millions of Germans during WWII. Are we living in Wonderland now?

How many MILLIONS AND MILLIONS do you think the Big Bad Evil Spanish Inquisition killed?

BEFORE you answer, just remember, it was started by a JEW, and you don't want to come out as a Big Bad Evil Anti-Semite, right?

The Inquisition was awesome.

Ferdinand of Aragon and Isabella of Castile are my heroes.
