I don't use Twitter, what's "doxxing"?

It's what some people do on forum board - post private, identifying information about people you wish to expose.

Doxxing isn't just relegated to twitter, the councilwoman just happens to be doing it on her twitter account. It's any attempt to put out a person's private information online. She posted images of the government contact forms with the persons names, mailing & email addresses, and phone numbers.

Kind of how that idiot Spike Lee tweeted out the address of George Zimmerman but it turned out to be an old couple completely unrelated, whom then had to move away after being subjected to threats.

Lee didn't even apologize.

I wonder if these people are encouraging some sort of social vigilantism when they dox, as in they are assuming their people will exercise violence against those who are targeted.

It's a federal offense to publicly disseminate the personal information of any person against their will.

The BLM people are fucking retarded and who knows what they'll do.

These are thuggish tactics. She is obviously hoping to do these people harm by publishing their info and comments to her. Hopefully she will be removed from her position. Unacceptable.
