Reading an article on some lowlife commiting 'suicide by cop'.... one of the commenters asked this question.....

As a bartender in NY drunks leaving my bar are my responsibility. If they kill some one while impaired I can face criminal and civil prosecution. Why isn't a judge or members of a Parole Board held to the same standard?
