Nine of these cities have a demographic where blacks are the largest portion of the population. Kansas City is the only exception.

Also, which political party usually runs these cities? This one is an honest question. I know a few already but not all. However, there is a huge correlation with race and crime though, which everyone tries to deny.

We've got a black president and they still focus on every odd misfortune that befalls any black American at the hands of any white American and spin that into a major controversy. Its obvious they want to believe they are oppressed as an excuse to hate whites.
