Toledo here, but not gonna vote. Don't care what the outcome is I will still smoke lol

What do when you arrive in new city where you don't know anybody there in order to maximize the chances to get some weed ?

This is how I plan to do it :

ask to people smoking joints
if no stoner, ask niggers
if niggers don't know, ask people with dreadlocks
