hey guys. sometimes my brain says mean and annoying things. do any of u ever get that? is it normal? its like in inception when arthur said dont think of elephants then u think of elephants. its like that but worse. my brain is like dont think of bad things then it thinks of bad things that i dont beleive in. i then tell it to stfu but it keeps thinking about it until i try concentrate on somethink else and then it forgets to annoy me. but then one day itll do it again and annoy me. its like my brain is trolling me. is there any way to stop it?

It's just called being human. My advice, just unleash your inner troll creature upon some boards, that'll cure them shakes. Unleash the nerd hulk inside you and most importantly, FEEL the nerd hulk inside you.

It's mind chatter caused by years of negative conditioning. People who live closer to nature don't have this problem.

I remember when I was younger and I was walking down the road my inner monologue would say something like 'you have to pass that lamp-post before that car or you'll die.'

Obviously I didn't believe it, but I shagged ass just the same. I was always aware it was a little weird (and funny) but eventually I entirely outgrew it. Now I'm generally able to sloooow right down.
