This generation is probably going to live to be at least 80. So you're spending 50 years of your life over the age of 30. You're going to spend 25 of those working the same boring as job and the other 25 sitting around with your thumb up your ass. Space out your life more so you don't wither away to an inactive, out of touch husk like all those baby boomers. Work gives purpose to a lot of people why not spend a few extra years building connections and getting more training if it means you could have a job you enjoy more and enjoy your youth more in the process.
