Since a few months, I have problems to recognise my parents. Everything looks different to me.

My psychologist diagnosed me desrealisation. Also I feel tired most of the time. I don't know if this is connected, but I have a kind of chronic cough.

The problem is that my cousin died of a cerebral tumour, but the doctor keeps saying I'm suffering from anxiety.

What do you think, guys? Is it cancer or anxiety?
