What would be a painless way to die.

I don't know where else to look but, i feel as if /lounge/ is my best option. I've had depression since i was in high school and it's still with me today. I've been on all types of medication and it barely helps with my depression and it comes with memory issues and makes me feel like a wreck.

I try to not take it and the issue gets worse. Im asking for help because i feel like /lounge/ discuses things like it enough. What would be a painless way to die. Im terrified of the gun idea and, pills seem like my safest bet.

If anyone can give me any ideas on pills that are easy to acquire from a store that's all i want to know.

Hey anon. I'm a student psych nurse and I've seen many people in your situation. The best advice I can give is a thing called mindfulness. Take joy in the little things. Live in the here and the now. Learn to live in the present and not the past. No matter how bad things are, no matter how lost you feel, take pleasure in life. See the world around you and enjoy it for what it is

Sup OP, suffered from depression for years. Finally realized I had to stop taking the easy road and just face the things that made me feel like shit. Man up bro, I feel happy again.

There is something that's causing you to feel shit man, its a vicious circle between body and mind. I've told myself the same for a long time "I don't have problems or anxieties, stfu". But I started to realise that I was tense as fuck and thinking to much about everything. My tip would be to grab your fuckin bags and start traveling. Alone. It does wonders.

Stop telling yourself you're trying and everything is going Well. I'm a 10/10, got a masters degree with distinction and lots of social contacts. But still there were other things that made that seem inferior.

it's not about "telling you what do do"...The more you think about "how sad your life is" the deeper you'll get in that shit . You wanna take the easy way out? your problem, but keep in mind that you will lose the chance for your life to get better

Make a bucketlist out of awesome stuff you still wanna do (doable stuff but requires effort). Try doing that stuff to see if it hits the right nerve, if not I'd go for OD and make sure no one light catch you.

I understand, but you would not be here now if you had given up. The fact you've braved this place to open up shows strength in itself. If you want someone to talk to email me at [email protected]. pretty sure I'm not supposed to post my email etc.. but anyway. I'll check it daily and respond when I can. I'm not promising a fix, but I'll listen

Pills are the lowest of the low man. I'm insulting your sorry anti-depressant ass because I used to be there myself after a failed suicide attempt when I was 15.

You wanna know what helps? Breaking barriers. I mean, breaking real barriers, barriers that feel go against every single aspect and value that you stand for. The barriers which you feel every single atom, molecule, quark in your body would rage in premature autistic screams you even as much as played with the thought of doing it. It can be as much as brushing your teeth (I had that complex before), or talking to a completely new person.

By doing this shit you get something called confidence. I've spent the last 5 years since I realized I didn't want to be depressed anymore doing just that. And you know what? It works. You can be the most alpha badass motherfucker in existence as long as you respect and love yourself. Fuck these hippie shitstinks telling you to "be at peace". They are fucking dumb. Get real with yourself and get off your lazy fucking ass. Do shit you never expected of you. Go for a fucking jog, go the cinema randomly with your friend, or simply just take randomly initiative alone to groom yourself as well as possible and thinking "this is who I am". It works, I'm living proof. Ditch the "whatever" attitude and force yourself to think "I am a fucking winner, I am the boss. All these people are nothing compared to me." It's weird and uncomfortable, but it WORKS. Practice body language and walk alpha. Practice smiling and showing REAL gratitude by talk sessions to yourself in the mirror.

And stop using anti-depressants. They fuck your mind up good.

Exit bag
Google it.

Pills are pretty shit and you might survive with real nasty consequences. People are always saying that you should think about your suicide and the people you are going to hurt and shit, but you know what I say? I say you should at least think about the method thoroughly. Have you given any thought that you might survive poisoning and lead an even more miserable existence than then one you are currently leading? Where you'll be unable to even kill yourself for real this time?
