Yeah I had read some of it (read it just for general knowledge purposes). I have never tried to do lucid dreaming nor experienced waking up and couldn't move at all. Happy to help. That being said, if you're genuinely suffering from lack of sleep because of this, you should at least see a general doctor about it. He can prescribe medicine to help you sleep without dreaming. A psychiatrist might be helpful too, even just discussing it would probably help.

When I was really little I had a dream that a tree would fall in front of me. It wouldn't hurt me, it would just fall and rot to mush. Since then I've had many encounters like this in real life. At a park a branch fell right behind me and if I was just a step behind it would've killed me. Another time after a storm another one fell in front of me scratching my arm. And the last one was when I was in at a park a massive one fell not to far from me. Now I'm terrified because my room is right under a massive tree next to my house.
