To those who are saying gender dysmorphia should be treated as a mental disorder, it is. Gender Identity Disorder is still considered a medical condition, and the recommended treatment is to alter your environment to make it fit your gender identity more comfortably. This includes changes in your body shape, name, apparel, and preferred pronouns. Caitlyn Jenner is still a man but we say that "she" is now a "woman" with a "vagina" because that makes it easier for Caitlyn to handle Caitlyn's disordered mental state.
