I need some advice. How does a full-time employed 19 year old make friends? I'm much younger than pretty much everyone at work and I haven't made a very first impression socially. I've always found it hard to make friends, actual friends I can call and hangout with. Not friendly acquaintances I get public transport with.

I have a circle of friends from my school days but I always hear them talking about hanging out with their college friends. I want that.

Writing this now that could have been me if I stuck with my original career plan, but instead I chose a harder job with better pay. I suppose it helps in the long run.
