Desperate loser?

How did I go from being relatively popular to being a desperate loser?
2 Name: Anonymous : 2015-05-12 14:40

Partly true. But I had close friends and even a long term relationship even during my time there.

High school isn't real life
Now that it's over, you're worthless

I've always been a desperate loser so I can't empathize with you.

Don't you mean how did you go from being a relatively popular loser to being just desperate.

Probably true. But I had a lot of close friends, had girls that I could get with, and a girlfriend. It was fun, but now i've lost all of that and I seem to be unable to get it back.

The things you own end up owning you. Be free.

Do not be ambitious, but go about life as if you were.

Do not desire, but go about life as if you did.

Didn't this come up last night? Oh yeah, it did and where still here.

Sounds like some spiritual bs. Also sounds like you're trying to get me to except the fact that my life has gone downhill for literally no reason.

Your life has gone downhill relative to what - your own beliefs or the beliefs of a status quo?

Not for no reason; as you inferred by your OP, you believe the status quo to be a farce, an illusion of sorts - and you are now crying because you are no longer part of that 'illusion'.

So, again, life gone downhill, according to who?

Neither. my "beliefs" are relatively strong. It's the quality of my life which has gone downhill. I used to have a lot of friends, used to live in a bustling & energetic city surrounded by nice, humble people. Now all my "friends" are basically just associates. I feel incompatible with almost everyone here, barely anything to do with why my life sucks or my actual politics (which are irrelevant).

You didn't put in enough effort to keep people around.

I never contacted my friends to make plans, they always had to do the work. I also never made enough of an effort to attend their plans, I too often turned them down.

It gets worse after leaving school/college/uni as your friends that you had then move on if you don't make an effort and work colleagues normally have their own friends so you don't actually make real friends at work.

*sigh* another day of masturbating for me

Maybe it's your bad orthography. Maybe it's the fact that you can't differentiate between homophones. Maybe you simply can't impress girls your age with cheap beer and a hand-me-down honda anymore, and your productive skills aren't up to par.

Untrue. I often go and see old-friends friends in other unis and am planning to see them over summer. It's just I haven't become close to anyone here.

I'm trying to join a firm as an intern so at the very least i'm spending my time productively - but they want a 9-6, 5 days a week dedicated and I just don't have that time atm.

Want to get back? Do the following:
Project power. Dominate the lowest, indifference to the middle, and challenge the alphas.
This can be done anyway you want, humor, intelligence, physicallity, sexuality etc etc...
Buy shit. People are materialistic. But pretend you don't care.
Do things. Do the things everyone else is doing but either do it better or do it without concern.
Get better looking. +1 would be huge.

These are all very vague...

And no one fucking does anything here for me to join in with.

Easiest way is to acquire real power rather than subjective power. Better job, better body, whatever.

better body
Working on it. I've been exercising but and it does make me feel better, hasn't had any immediate effect on my social life though. Besides, before this i've never had to do that just to have a decent social life....and no one else seems to.

Because I wouldn't know what I have and don't have in my life? How the fuck could me putting more effort into seeing old friends effect establishing a new life where I am right now? I don't blame him for not understanding the exact situation i'm in because I didn't explain it.

Also why are you so mad?

Your social pettiness is annoying. An hero bruh.
24 Name: Anonymous : 2015-05-17 01:34
i don't get these threads, why post stuff that reinforces your negativity when you're sad instead of looking for things that make you a little happier?

Why do you fear proper English OP?
