Fuck , I have the most god awful roommates. The guy goes to work from 2-11 most nights. His wife on the other hand does nothing, no job, doesn't shower, her pussy stank is in the house, she uses her period blood to cast spells because shes wican. They're both total slobs and don't contribute anything. (got plenty of stories if /lounge/ wants to hear some of these stories you can't make up).

Fast forward we finally told them to get the fuck out and they wanted out too because we weren't seeing eye to eye anymore. Although his shitty wife moved out sooner because she wanted to prevent her husband from having to pay for her, a day before rent was due. Shit wasn't gonna happen, but they still haven't paid and today is the last day before late fees. So, we found roommates in the process and they're willing to move in half way through the month and pay half. Though this piece of shit couple still owes me money for utilities.

I told him to pay the money he owes for him and his shitty wife and I'd reimburse him the money the new roommates give me, he agreed. Thing is, I plan on not giving him that money, and keeping it the bills he didn't pay me. Also, I want to try and get him to sign off the lease while his shit is still in the house. Hes got an Xbox and TV I'd want to sell too, because the money I'd be getting from the roommates still won't be enough to cover what he owes me.
