They've been dating for 4 years and the last 6 months she's been bein a total bitch, says shit like she doesn't know If she loves him. Then she went to some country in Europe with her girlfriends for 2 weeks. While there she made some guy fall in love with her (BY NOT FUCKING HIM, right, right?) and kept texting the guy when she got home for a month. She says she told him everythin and she didn't cheat on him, but whatever. On top of that she says to him "I just feel numb and depressed with you, when I was with [other guy] I felt alive".

They are now taking a break and he is like borderline going to kill himself over this stupid bitch, she guilts him sayin he drove her away by being mean, he is doing everything to fix it but it's hopeless, he just needs to leave her, obviously she wants to break up but is to big of a pussy. He still thinks there getting married. I'm trying to be nice about it because he still cares for her, but she doesn't give a shit about him. He just quit his job and he sleeps all day.

What advice would you give him? I don't get it either but it must be because they were together so long
