So I just found out I have Aspergers Syndrome it well explains allot now I'm 18 about to graduate hid to a Uni and scarred going to be a looser for the rest of my life with this. Is there anyone here on /lounge/ who has the same mental illness and how do you cope know that you'll be a social reject for the rest of your life.

You'd be surprised how much you can learn just by being observant and watching how other people interact.

Also, people are attracted to people with confidence. If you've convinced yourself you're a loser, you'll act like a loser and you'll be a loser. If you force yourself to act confidently, maintain eye contact, smile, stand up straight, and be assertive, you'll notice that over time confident behavior like that starts to come naturally.

Also, for girls, and this is cliche and I'll be mocked, since you may not be able to pick all this up naturally, read a book like "The Game". It'll help you understand social dynamics better.
