I have been thinking about withdrawling as much money as i can come from a credit card at a busy bar one day this week and then calling the credit card company to tell them my card was stolen i live in a busy college town do you think i can get away with this?

It'll go through at first. Then the bar will be contacted, evidence of you being there will be found. You'll be found out and done in.
