First, you gotta scald them. This loosens the hair for scraping off. It also removes loads of unwanted nigger grease from the hair/skin that might adversely affect flavor.

Second, after gutting and scraping, I like to season with a mixture of honey and orange glaze. Placing the nigglet into a 375 degree preheated oven, allow to cook for at least five hours, glazing every 30 minutes.

Then check for tenderness/doneness after 5 hours every 20-30 minutes, until the skin is as crisp as you like.
