Anyone have experience with Squaretrade Warranties? I have a 50'' hisense TV that the sound keeps going in and out of.. It's starting to get super annoying but still usable as it doesn't always do it..

Any way to skip all the BS and just get them to give me my money back for the TV? ($300) I've heard sometimes they just cut people a check/issue payment instead of going through a bunch of BS repairmen stuff.

There is no refund with Square Trade, they only provide repairs

Yes you can call them, and they will pay for shipping. Don't bring it to staples, we won't help you.

PC had caught fire after power surge.
Called Square Trade.
Told me to go to me nearest Tiger Direct.
They covered all the repairs.
Even got a better power supply, shielded wires and a 2tb hard drive.
No refund.
