Americans are already being spied on through email, instant message, their phones. American companies have for years been forced to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars a day to the US government if they don't hand over unrestricted access to users data (Yahoo 250,000/day for instance, Lavabit Email).
Point being, since Americans haven't done anything about the above they're not going to do shit about "net neutrality."

honestly i didnt see any proposition by the FCC that worried me. Premature action, but adequate action to ensure net neutrality
