Can we have a discussion onto why we let retards live? Is it just because our society no longer has the balls to just kill something that looks human? So much money is put into these fucking worthless assholes, when that money could be used on helping the poor (people who could actually be productive). Is there any real reason to allowing them to live and go to public schools where they are just a nuisance to everyone there?

The greatest achievements of mankind (technology, society, politics) came by with concentration of wealth and power. That's why I don't believe in equality, not in our current state of affairs. Perhaps in a highly technological society where nobody needs to do mechanical labor and everything is done by machines.
